The Town Administrator works closely with and under
the direction of the Town Supervisor Philip C. Barrett and the Town
Board. He regularly monitors and supervises local government operations
and personnel.
The Town Administrator provides routine reports to Town officials in
order to keep Town Board Members current on all Town issues and
operations.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Primarily manages and oversees the daily operations of Town
government. Meets frequently with Town Department Heads to support quality
delivery of government services.

As Director of the Budget, prepares the annual budget
proposal and directs the implementation of the approved budget, monitors
compliance with the budget to assure fiscal accountability.

As Director of Emergency Management, annually reviews the
Town’s Emergency Plan for completeness and coordinates emergency operations
and response with the Town’s Emergency Services Coordinator.

As Chief of Security, directs the personnel, scheduling and
operations, of the Town’s Security force. Assigns Security patrols deployment
as determined by community needs, especially during large events within the
Town.
