Performances on the stage at the Clifton Common, Vischer Ferry Road in Clifton Park. Rain or shine. All performances are free.

 
June 26 Clifton Park Community Chorus - "I Love A Piano" includes songs from Broadway, as well as American Classics directed by David Ross and accompanied by Dian Dippold. An energetic, funloving multigenerational group singing seasonal songs to show tunes, classic to contemporary, toe-tapping to tender, melodious and memorable.
July 3 The Electric City Horns Sponsored by Hollandale Apartments - The Electric City Horns consists of members with a wide variety of musical backgrounds and styles. From 50s and 60s rock & roll, modern rock, rhythm and blues, dance, pop, soul and swing, the band can cover the spectrum. The Horns pride themselves on producing driving music with a vocal ability to match. The Electric City Horns add their own style to every song they cover and introduce original material throughout their performance. All of their musical background is combined to create high energy music that is not only danceable but great to listen to.
July 10 Lori McKenna with Mark Erelli & Jamie Edwards - Lori McKenna is an American folk singer/songwriter who has performed on many stages. Having begun her career in the Boston coffeehouse scene, her 1998 debut album earned her performances at the Newport Folk Festival and Lilith Fair. In 2004 Lori caught the attention of Faith Hill and she joined the most successful concert tour in country music history, McGraw and Hill’s Soul2Soul Tour.
July 15-17, 21-24 "Cinderella" - Summer musical performed by Clifton Park Not So Common Players.
July 31 Hungrytown - Hungrytown is the folk music duo of Rebecca Hall & Ken Anderson. Hall has developed a reputation for simple, melodic and achingly beautiful songs, stirring modern themes into traditional song structures while Ken is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist. American folk music of substance and original music. Folky balladry, upbeat country, bluegrass and even a bit of rock 'n' roll.
August 7 Work O’ The Weavers - Celebrating America’s pioneering folk quartet. Hear the timeless songs & their timely story. If I Had a Hammer, Midnight Special, The Sloop John B, Goodnight, Irene, This Land is Your Land, Tzena Tzena, Wimoweh (Wi’Mbube), Michael Row the Boat Ashore. Songs such as these have become part of our collective consciousness. But few recall that these songs were written or first popularized by the Weavers. The seminal link between an obscure past and contemporary culture, the Weavers introduced a stream of authenticity into the current of American popular music that endures to this day.
August 14 Captain Squeeze & the Zydeco Moshers - Louisiana Bayou music with a mix of old time traditional and new zydeco with a flavor all their own. Captain Squeeze and the Zydeco Moshers are a musical force to be reckoned with.
August 21 New York Rock and Soul Review Sponsored by CT Male - An energetic eight-piece band that will keep the dance floor hopping all night long. Featuring the songs of Earth Wind & Fire, Chicago, Blood Sweat & Tears and many more, this ensemble will have you singing along on every song. With a rocking horn section, a rock solid rhythm section and unmatched male and female vocals, The New York Rock & Soul Review is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

July 20 The Zucchini Brothers Sponsored by Price Chopper - Zanny foot tapping music with "Words of Wisdom". This band of brothers: Jack on Guitar, Steve on Keyboards, Sam on Drums (each his own character, all of whom sing) offers up a musical stir-fry of styles. You never know just what these three zany guys will do. But one thing's for sure, once you've seen 'em - you won't forget 'em.
July 27 Melvin the Magnificent Magic Show - Audience participation from both kids and adults make Melvin’s show one to remember. At the end of every magic show, Hocus Pocus the magic bunny makes his magical entrance with the help of everyone.
August 3 Andy "The Music Man" - Andy mingles traditional and origianl songs and novelty, delighting and involving kids through sing-a-longs, dancing, play-acting and storytelling.
August 10 "123 Sesame and Me" Puppet Show - A high energy stage production featuring a total of “15” look alike puppets. Featured are Elmo, Cookie, Oscar, Grungetta, Big Bird, Snuffleupagus, The Count, Ernie, Zoe and Grover.
August 17 Tales N Tunes - Musical storytelling duo perform stories, primarily from the folk tradition, with original songs incorporated in them to allow for audience participation, and they feature songs between stories. They are high energy performers and the imaginations of children and adults are sparked by the tellings.

This series is brought to you by the Town of Clifton Park and the Clifton Park Arts Council. All performances at the Clifton Common.
Lawn chairs are welcome and refreshments are free courtesy of Northstar Church. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.
