All refund requests must be in writing and received 10 days prior to start of the program. There will be NO refunds after this time. There will be a $10 non-refundable charge on all refunded registrations. The Town of Clifton Park would like you to register your child(ren) in our “Plant a Tree for the Newborn” program. Simply complete the form and return it with a picture of your baby to our office at Town Hall. The week after Arbor Day, parents can come in and pick up a free seedling tree to be planted as a “birth tree” for the child on their property. The only requirements is that the baby must be born or adopted between Arbor Day, 2009 (April 24) and Arbor Day 2010 (April 30) and that the parents or grandparents must be residents of Clifton Park.
