2010 Membership waiver and release form

Located off of Clifton Country Road. Annual memberships are currently available. Forms may be downloaded off of the Clifton Park website, www.cliftonpark.org and are available in the Office of Parks, Recreation and Community Affairs. You must register in person at Town Hall to verify signature and pick up membership sticker. T-shirts for sale available at Town Hall.

2009 Operational Hours:
April-June

Saturday & Sunday   10am to 8pm
Monday-Friday           4pm to 8pm (except Friday until 9pm)
June-August

Sunday-Saturday      10am to 9pm
September-October

Saturday & Sunday   10am to 8pm
Monday-Friday           4pm to 8pm (except Friday until 9pm)
2009 Fees:
Annual Membership

Clifton Park Resident            $60
Non-Clifton Park Resident    $180

Park rules and waiver must be signed by ALL participants, with a notarized parental signature or parent sign in person for all participants under the age of 18.



All refund requests must be in writing and received 10 days prior to start of the program. There will be NO refunds after this time. There will be a $10 non-refundable charge on all refunded registrations.
