152-14. Motorized Vehicles Restricted
Motorized vehicles or crafts of any sort, except for emergency
vehicles and vehicles operated by police, environmental officers,
town officials or others designated by them on official
business and motorized wheelchairs or other motorized vehicles
intended to assist the disabled, are banned from being parked or
operated upon any public trails in the Town of Clifton Park as
designated by the Multi-Purpose Trail Network Map on file with the
Clifton Park Town Clerk. This shall include, but not be
limited to, motor vehicles, all-terrain motorized vehicles,
snowmobiles, trail bikes, motorcycles or any other motor-driven
craft.
152-15. Penalties for Offenses (Amended 5-2-2005
by L. L. No.4-2005)
Any person found to have
violated any provision of this article shall be guilty of a
violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine
not to exceed $500, or a term of imprisonment not to exceed 15 days,
or both such fine and imprisonment.
