The Mary Jane Row Dog Park is restricted to use by the residents of
Clifton Park by permit only. The Dog Park is for residential use and
may not be used for business purposes without the express written
consent of the Town of Clifton Park.
The Dog Park is located on Vischer Ferry Road a half mile or so
south of Grooms Road.
The Dog Park is subject to the RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR USE OF
THE MARY JANE ROW DOG PARK.
Anyone using the Dog Park shall do so at their own risk. Dogs must
wear New York State Ag & Markets tag. The Town of Clifton Park shall
have no liability for the injury or damage to the dogs or people
using the Park. Any information is provided solely to assist
residents in safely using the Park and does not imply any expertise
or acceptance of any liability on the part of the Town of Clifton
Park.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE MARY JANE ROW DOG
PARK
- The use of the Mary Jane Row Dog Park is restricted to Clifton Park
Residents and Town Employees with permits only.
- To be allowed in the exercise area a valid permit and a NYS Dog
Identification Tag are required.
- Owners must clean up after their dogs. (Town Dog Ordinance Chapter
92.6C)
- No dog is allowed into the exercise area if it is in use without the
consent of the other owner.
- 15 minute sessions with sign up form at gate area.
- No food or rawhide allowed in the exercise area.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times when not in the exercise area.
- Aggressive dogs cannot enter exercise area when other dogs are present.
- Female dogs in heat may not enter the exercise area at any time.
- Dogs must be closely supervised at all times by a responsible adult (18
years or older)
- Adult supervision of anyone 17 years of age and under is required.
- The exercise area is subject to all the rules, regulations and
procedures governing town parks.
***Enforcement of the above rules is under the immediate supervision
of the Town Animal Control Officer.
Violation of the above rules is subject to all fines and penalties
as set in local laws and ordinances and may also lead to permit
being revoked and permit fee forfeited
