Meetings are held on Tuesdays at 7 pm in the meetings: September 13, November 8, January 4 (Wednesday night), March 6, and May 8. Public meetings are open to all parents and caregivers with preschool age children and younger and all preschool teachers and daycare providers.

"Hands-On Learning" featuring science experiments from Judy Kaiser, Preschool Director and VP of Capital District Association for the Education of Young Children. Bring your preschoolers for some fun hands-on experiments and activities. Held at Tesago/Skano cafeteria. Free

November 15th and 16th (Tuesday/Wednesday) at 9:30am and 1:00pm each day*
Children's Program: Robinson's Animal Show. Children 2 and up are $4. Adults are free.

January 10th and 11th (Tuesday/Wednesday) at 9:30am and 1:00pm each day* (Snow dates January 17th and 18th)
Children's Program: Sylvia and the Magic Trunk. Children 2 and up are $4. Adults are free.

January 17th Tuesday at 7:00pm, an Adult Program (Snow date January 18th)
Kindergarten - Is your child ready? Panel consists of members of the Shen CSD such as a principal, a nurse, teachers, etc. Held at Tesago/Skano cateferia. Free.

February 7th Tuesday from 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Snow date February 8th)
Open house for Preschools and Daycares. Also featured will be preschool friendly groups such as mom's clubs. Held at Tesago/Skano cateferia. Free.

March 13th and 14th (Tuesday/Wednesday) at 9:30am and 1:00pm each day* (Snow dates March 20th and 21st)
Children's Program: Andy "The Music Man" Morse. Children 2 and up are $4. Adults are free.
March 27th Tuesday at 6:30pm
"Healthy Kids Night" held at YMCA Kidz Lodge. Bring your preschoolers for a fun filled evening of healthy exercises, activities, and ideas that will keep your kids happy and healthy. Also get advice for feeding healthy foods from a nutritionist. Free.
May 16th Wednesday, time TBD*
Cild ID Program. Drop in anytime for a children's safety/identification service where parents will instantly receive a comprehensive ID Card to carry with them courtesy of New York State Troopers. Free.
*The three Children's Programs and the Child ID Program will take place at the Shenendehowa United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on Route 146 in Clifton Park.
The Shenendehowa PTA Council Preschool Committee is dedicated to the education, health, safety, and cultural enrichment of children birth to 5 years of age and their families with the intention of preparing the preschoolers to enter the Shenendehowa Central School District.
