Peanut Butter and Strawberry Preserves "Sushi" with fresh bananas

Ingredients
2 Organic Flour Wraps - no trans fat/hydrogenated oils
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup Earth Fare Peanut Butter
1/4 cup St. Dalfour 100% Natural St. Dalfour Strawberry Preserves

Directions
1. Cut two opposite ends of circular flour wrap for a rectangular shape.

2. Spread peanut butter over wrap liberally leaving one edge free of peanut butter (about 1 inch).

3. Spread St. Dalfour preserve directly over peanut butter.

4. Peel banana and slice lengthwise. Continue slicing lengthwise until you have a long square piece about 3-4 inches long

5. Place banana slice on the wrap running lengthwise. Fold wrap tightly over banana and begin to roll.

6. Slice roll into 1 inch pieces (about 5 pieces).


Storage
Store "sushi" in a plastic container.
