"Shake It Up" Chicken Nuggets

Have an adult preheat the oven to 450 degrees.  Measure bread crumbs into a re-sealable plastic bag.  Open bag and add parmesan cheese.  Reseal bag and shake to mix thoroughly.  Melt butter.  Place melted butter, eggs, milk and pepper in medium shallow bowl.  Stir well with spoon.  Set aside.  Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.  Place chicken breasts on cutting board.  Have an adult cut chicken into 16 chunks of the same size.  (Each chicken breast should give you 8 nuggets.)  Dip each chicken nugget into egg and milk mixture, covering all sides.  Let extra milk mixture drip off.  Place  3 nuggets at a time into the bag of crumbs.  Seal tightly  and shake until chicken pieces are evenly coated.  Place coated nuggets on an un-greased baking sheet.  Have an adult put the baking sheet into the oven.  Bake nuggets 4 minutes.  Have an adult remove the nuggets from the oven.  Using tongs, have an adult help you turn over each nugget.  Return to oven and bake 4-5 minutes or until medium golden brown.
