Tanya's Instant Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 2 store bought cookies
- 1 bag mini M&M's
- chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 scoop ice cream (any flavor)
Directions:
Place 1 scoop of ice cream between the 2 cookies. Roll the sides in
M&M's and nuts. Wrap in plastic and store in freezer until ready to
eat.
Tip:
You may also take icing and decorate one cookie. (Be sure to allow
icing to dry before wrapping in plastic)
