WAYS AND MEANS -Antique Show and Sale on Sunday, Feb 10 at Shenendehowa High School , set-up Saturday Feb 9. Please come to the meeting to help with the planning and to sign up to work at the show and bake (and make chili/soup).

Boscov’s Gift Wrapping for Donations:

We made around $80.00 at the gift wrapping! It was a messy day outside but we still had customers. Thanks to all who volunteered. 

Boscov's Shoppers Helpers: Several clubwomen helped shoppers and we will get compensated by Boscov's for our help. 

First Night Saratoga– We had 8 people working 2 and 3-hour shifts at the Library. It was a nice night and we had fun. Thank You to all volunteers and those men who helped out.

General Meeting – April 12:  at  CAPTAIN, 5 Municipal Plaza, Suite 3. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 7;00 so we can begin promptly at 7:15, and be out by 9:15. CAPTAIN shares a building with the Public Safety Dept. and is located on the south side of MAXWELL Rd, across the road from Ruby Tuesday’s side parking lot. Going south on Maxwell from Rt. 146, take first right into their lot.

Program: Yearly Donation Discussion

 

Board Meeting: Thursday April 26, 7:30 at Mary Ellen Caruso’s

 

SPRING COUNTY MEETING: WE ARE HOSTESSING on Saturday April 14 at the Mohawk Country Club. $20.00 and Club will probably chip in! Registration and coffee hour starts at 9:00, meeting at10:00. Signed up so far: Julia Balducci, Linda dCH, Irene Easton, June Furst, Ann Gehres, Diane Harper, JoAnn Levy, Carol Rodino. Maybe: Mary Ellen Caruso, Esther Eyer, Carol Ewing, Paula Gilligan. Please let JoAnn Levy or Kathy Quail know if you are attending by Tuesday, the 10th. We need to give them the final count by Wednesday. We will collect the money at the meeting.

NOTE: We will sign up at the meeting to bake breakfast-y items since that was not included in the $20.00. Coffee is provided.
