participants singing seasonal songs to show tunes, classic to contemporary,
toe-tapping to tender, melodious and memorable. The chorus, sponsored by
the Town of Clifton Park, holds annual spring and winter concerts, as well
as performing at the Town's Winter Block Party, Sundays in the Park,
Saratoga First Night 2000, and Shopper's World Holiday Event. The Chorus is
under the direction of Susan Chesney and accompanied by Dian Dippold.
The Clifton Park Community Chorus Spring Concert, "All Things Bright and
Beautiful", will be held Sunday, May 20, 2001, 7:00 p.m. Gowana Middle
School on the Shenendehowa Campus, Route 146 Clifton Park. The concert is
free to all and refreshments will be served following the performance.
Selections include "Birth of the Blues", "All That Jazz", medley from "Les
Miserables", featured solos and small group numbers.
