Mission Statement

Care Links is a creative Community Caregivers Program providing non medical care to neighbors 55 and over who are in need and respite relief for those responsible for their care

Our Services

Trained volunteers provide, at no cost, supportive services to persons 55 and over in need in our community

  • Respite Assistance

Our Service Area

The Care Links Community Caregivers Program is geographically defined by the boundaries of the Towns of Clifton Park, Halfmoon, and Malta.

Our Commitment

Care Links is committed to:
Caring for those persons age 55 years and older (and their families) who are not or cannot be served by already existing services

Providing short-term care for neighbors who are recovering or awaiting initiation of service delivery by an area agency.

Assisting community members in finding the appropriate resources to fulfill the volunteer service of their choice.


Our Special Program

A unique intergenerational Tutoring program spearheaded by Senior Center member Ray Shade, Ph.D., brings together volunteer professionals, scientists, engineers and teachers, to assist area students, at no cost in math and science at Shenenedehowa High School.
