ENTRY FEE: 5K…$15 in advance; $20 day of race. One fee covers both races. Children’s Race….$5
FAMILY DISCOUNT: $30 in advance; PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY. Early registration must be received by 5/10/08.

CHECK IN TIME: Late registration and packet pick-up starting at 8:00 a.m.
COURSE: Canal Road along the Mohawk; road will be closed for the race. Terrain flat and runner friendly. Start and finish at Krause’s. Please park in Krause’s parking lot.
T-SHIRTS: Free to the first 75 registered entrants compliments of our sponsors.
AWARDS: Given to the 1st overall male and 1st overall female winners and to the 1st male and 1st female runner in each division. Ribbons to all one mile runners/walkers.
DIVISIONS: Male and Female divisions: Ages 15-29, ages 30 and over. Wheelchair division

Paperbacks $.50, Hardcovers $1.00. On Sunday only a bagful of books is only $2 and buy a Friends' totebag or children's backpack for $10 and fill it FREE!

ALL proceeds to benefit OUR Veterans! ~Please come out and let our Vets know we haven't forgotten!!~ **Come earlier to enjoy our monthly breakfast at the Lodge from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. Proceeds from the breakfast go to our Veterans' & Scholarships funds! Public Welcome to both!!
