Description: The Friends of the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library Community Scholarship program has been established by the Friends to assist deserving students in realizing their educational dreams. The Friends anticipate awarding two scholarships of $1,000 each year to students who will attend an accredited two-or-four-year college or university next fall. Scholarship recipients must be Shenendehowa High School students AND/OR residents of the Library tax district who attend another public or private high school or are being homeschooled.
Applications will be available on Jan. 2, 2012:

- Downloaded from the Friends website: cliftonpark.org/friendsofcphl.
Applicants must complete and submit all parts (I through V) of the application in one packet. Application packets must be received on or before the library closes Friday, March 2, 2012. Incomplete applications and those received after the deadline, no matter what the reason, will not be reviewed. Facsimiles (faxes) and electronic submissions will not be accepted. |
