This is an option that gives virtual clients the opportunity to utilize the design services even if you live out of the area...all you need is a computer.  It is ideal for anyone who would like to decorate a room or rooms in their home utilizing the expertise of an interior decorator.  Some clients may have a limited budget and are willing and able to do the work themselves but just need the right direction to go in.  I can assist you in creating the look you want to achieve despite the time, distance and or budget you may be working with.

In-Home Consultation

I first meet with you in your home to discuss your wants, needs and budget.  Whether you are looking for a fresh new look in one room or the entire house, I will advise you of the steps needed to be taken to accomplish this.  You may not be sure of what your style actually is but by walking through your home I can get a feel of what you are aiming for.  I will help you develop a plan to make your dreams a reality and also stay focused on your budget.

Color Consultation

I will assist you in the overwhelming task of trying to choose the right color pallet for your homes interior space and lifestyle.  There are so many shades to choose from and what may look beautiful in one home may not look the same in your home.  Lighting is everything and that is why each home is unique.  You want your home to feel warm and inviting and choosing the right wall color is imperative to achieve that.

Painting and Faux

I will design a custom wall color and/or a custom texture finish to work with your current décor or your new space that we are creating.

Staging Homes for Resale

Have you ever gone through a Model Home and said to yourself, “WOW, I could really imagine myself living here, there is no clutter and everything is perfect.”

Well, Staging your home for selling will help create that atmosphere of peace and tranquility similar to that Model Home.   You will be showcasing a particular lifestyle that will help you to sell your home.  Potential buyers will want to live the lifestyle you have created.  Realtors will want to show your home, if they know it has been staged by a professional Stager, as there will be no surprises when they bring clients through to view it.

I work directly with contractors for any of your remodeling needs.  I will be there to assist you with the overwhelming planning and decision making process from choosing the lighting, flooring, cabinetry, space planning, color pallet and more.

Whether you are remodeling a bath, kitchen or painting your entire house, I will help you through this process.  I realize that the successful execution of any project I undertake requires combined team effort.  It is my role to ensure that the team is properly coordinated and controlled for the projects duration thereby assuring a successful conclusion.  I will do my best to meet aggressive schedules and finish the project at budget and on time.  I will support you before, during and after the project is complete.

I will help you choose the right style and fabric for your furniture and window treatments to accommodate your family’s everyday living.

I will layout your room to make sure the furniture is the correct size and traffic flow isn’t congested.  I will try to utilize your existing furnishings provided they work with the new layout.

Room Makeover

If you are in need of a new look for a room in your house, what better way to do it than moving furniture around and changing your wall color?  This is an inexpensive way to accomplish that, just ask a pro for help.  I will give you the plan and you can do it or I can do it for you.
