While with the Saratoga County District Attorney's office, Mr. Chauvin concentrated on the prosecution of DWI, Driving While Intoxicated, cases. He handled hundreds of cases in nearly every Court in Saratoga County, taking part in nearly every aspect of a DWI case, from the arraignment stage, through pre-trial hearings, and trial. Now focusing on DWI defense he will be taking that experience and using it to provide a quality defense to individuals who are charged with that crime.
