Clifton Park, NY—CAPTAIN Youth and Family Services is pleased to offer free tax preparation for individuals with an earned income below $51,000. Tax preparation at CAPTAIN guarantees NO COSTS AND NO HIDDEN FEES, and your taxes will be prepared by an IRS Certified volunteer.

Please Bring to Your Appointment: Bank account and routing numbers, 2010 tax return, Social Security card for each dependent, other IRS forms, childcare documentation, unemployment forms, 1099 forms, W-2 forms.

Appointments are held at the CAPTAIN main office, 5 Municipal Plaza, Clifton Park.
